Coin considers respect for the ethical principles based on correctness and loyalty that inspire its work, identified in the Code of Ethics approved by the Board of Directors, as well as all the regulatory provisions, to be fundamental.

For this reason, the Company has activated an internal channel (web platform) dedicated to reporting unlawful or contrary to ethical principles (so-called "Whistleblowing") which will be managed according to the provisions of Legislative Decree 24/2023 "Implementation of directive (EU) 2019/1937 of the European Parliament and of the Council, of 23 October 2019, concerning the protection of persons who report violations of EU law and containing provisions concerning the protection of people who report violations of national regulatory provisions”.

The IT platform allows you to manage the communications sent by the whistleblower (so-called "Whistleblower") ensuring confidentiality both with respect to the identity of the same and any persons involved, and in relation to the content of the reports, protected by suitable security measures to guarantee maximum secrecy, pursuant to EU Regulation 2016/679 on the protection of personal data.

The report must exclusively concern illegal conduct. Claims of a personal nature pertaining to the discipline of the employment relationship and complaints of a commercial nature relating to Coin products or shops are therefore excluded, for which you can contact our Customer Service.
