How can I request Coincard Easy?

The Coincard Easy is free and you can request it in all Coin shops. The new payment Coincard is on its way and can be requested free of charge in participating stores. Coincard can only be issued to adult customers.


Can I use COINPAY on Coin.it?

No, at the moment you can only use Coinpay in physical stores.

 

How will I be able to monitor the movements of COINPAY?

To check the movements of your Coinpay, download the MyCompass App or access the MyCompass customer area on www.compass.it and you will be able to view the list of movements for the month, check the remaining availability of your card.

 

What should I do if my card is lost or stolen?

In the event of theft or loss of your Coinpay, you can block it immediately by calling 800 82 20 56 from Italy or +39 02 60 84 37 68 from abroad.


What are the benefits of the Coincard loyalty program?

• Up to 20% discount on every purchase*

• Continuous discounts upon achievement of Gold or Platinum Status

What are Gold and Platinum Statuses?

The Gold and Platinum Statuses are achieved thanks to your purchases made in one year. With purchases from €2,000 to €4,000, you can reach Gold Status which will give you a continuous 5% discount, as well as Free Delivery of furniture purchased on Coin.it

With purchases over €4,000, you will reach Platinum Status which will give you a continuous 10% discount as well as free delivery of furniture purchased on coin.it.

Status discounts are cumulative with all promotions.


Do I always have to present Coincard at the time of payment?

Yes, you will always have to present it at the time of payment, both to take advantage of the dedicated discounts and to increase your purchase amount and reach the Gold and Platinum Statuses.


But what if I forgot my Coincard Easy?


Your Coincard can be recovered by communicating the data that will be requested before paying


Can my family members use my Coincard for their Coin purchases?


Coincard is strictly personal, but at the time of subscription you have the option of requesting an additional card for free for a family member.


What if I have been stolen or if I have lost my Coincard Easy?


If you lose your Coincard Easy you can ask for it to be blocked in the shop. You can then request a new one, always free of charge.


Why do I have to register on coin.it?

By creating an account on coin.it you can associate your coincard and take advantage of the dedicated privileges for your online purchases as well. (You will be able to monitor your purchase amount).

You will be able to check your data and information relating to your coincard at any time. If you were already registered in the reserved area before July 2021, you will need to register again.
