    Ottimo punto vendita Coincasa nel centro di Ravenna. Negozio molto fornito di articoli per la casa di livello medio alto. Molto buoni i prezzi durante il periodo dei saldi, con sconti anche del 50%. Commessa gentilissima. Negozio più che consigliato!

    I adore going to this store to cherish myself and my family with some new stylish dishes, every season I visit as a customer. There are 2 sales persons working in shifts at this store. And tonight it was an awkward experience with an Italian sales person - 5 mins before the store closes she just hurried every customer because her working day was over… I mean… It is high tourist season, people are willing to buy stuff on sale and the personnel who rolls eyes on questions about dishes from the customers?.. I’m not sure… Tonight I bought a beautiful set of table napkins but left store with a sore feeling. The people who had the right to stay in the store till it’s closes at 20! - they were asked rudely to hurry up. The dishes Coin casa sells represent memories for the customers! Like “I was in Ravenna and this plate is right from the historical centre” etc.. I understand the salesperson hurrying home after a long shift , but I must confess it completely ruins the mood from the items that you buy at the store. 5⭐️ for the items this shop sells, 3⭐️ for the rude Italian lady at the checkout (she actually scared a couple wishing to buy a whole set of the plates by showing them that the shop is closing in a few minutes… too bad).
