Shipping

COIN.it offers different types of delivery:

• Standard shipping in Italy EXCLUDING furnishing items: 6.90 euros. Your items will be shipped within 3-5 working days. The delivery time of the courier is additional to this. Free for orders containing over 100 euro of products shipped and sold by Coin.

• Shipping for furniture items ONLY: 8% of the total amount of the order, with a minimum charge of €40. Your items will be delivered within approx. 20 working days. An additional charge of 20 euros for orders under 500 euros will be applied for Sicily and Sardinia. This shipping is free for Gold or Platinum Coincard holders. Furniture cannot be shipped outside Italy.

• CLICK AND COLLECT in store excluding furniture: the order placed online and regularly settled with any accepted payment method can be collected at one of the following Coin stores in Italy, chosen by the customer at the time of purchase:

You'll be notified by email when your order is available to be collected at the chosen store, within 3 to 5 working days from your order.

To collect the package please take with you the receipt attached to your order confirmation email and an ID document, or a written authorization to a third person with your own ID and the ID of the authorized person.Our tracking system means you can always monitor the status of your order.

Click and Collect in Coin Stores is at no cost for orders above 20 euros

• Standard shipping to EU countries other than Italy: 20 euros. Your items will be shipped within 3-5 working days. The delivery time of the courier is additional to this. This service is not available for furniture, Christmas Trees and Beauty items.

The tracking service is not available for orders of furniture, delivered by specialized carriers.

• Shipping with cash on delivery payment: cost € 9.90. Your purchases will be shipped in 3-5 working days plus the transport times of the courier. The service is not available for shipments outside the Italian territory and for purchases of furniture or in any case over 1,000 euros.

Thanks to the tracking system you will always know the status of your order.
