Recentemente ho avuto il piacere di fare un'esperienza davvero positiva presso COIN di Verona. Avevo acquistato una borsa a novembre 2024 e, purtroppo, ho riscontrato un difetto nella pelle. Ho deciso di portarla in negozio, dove il personale si è dimostrato estremamente cortese e professionale. Nonostante il brand della borsa non fosse più disponibile in negozio, sono stati veloci e disponibili nel gestire la situazione, inviando il prodotto direttamente alla casa madre. In sole due settimane, ho ricevuto la borsa sostituita, perfetta e senza il difetto iniziale. Inoltre, sono rimasti a disposizione per eventuali ulteriori problematiche. Un servizio impeccabile che mi ha davvero impressionato! Grazie a COIN per l'attenzione al cliente e la qualità del servizio!
