For each purchase you may request a return on, having care to inform Coin in advance in the following ways:

- by accessing your personal area of ​​the site, clicking on the "return" button and following the instructions on the screen;

- by sending a communication to customer service using the form available in the site area;

- by sending an email communication to and indicating: order number, - item code to be returned and quantity - reason for return.

In all cases Coin will send a confirmation of receipt of his request for withdrawal with instructions for proceeding with the return to the customer's e-mail address without delay.

The return can be made in the following ways:

a) Returns by means of a shipper chosen by Coin indicated in the Return Form, in which case the return will be free as the shipping costs will be borne by Coin.

Products consisting in furniture, furnishing accessories and Christmas trees cannot be returned to shops and the shipping costs will always be charged to the Customer even in the case of return by courier agreement with Coin.

b) Returns by courier selected by the Customer, in which case the shipping costs will be charged to the Customer.

The return of furniture and furnishing accessories is always charged to the customer: you will have to contact the RHENUS LOGISTICS carrier who will have made the delivery for the collection of the package, to be packaged in the same packaging in which it was received.

c) The Customer may return the Products free of charge, excluding furniture, furnishing accessories and Christmas trees, at one of the Coin, Coincasa and Coin Excelsior stores indicated below. As soon as the package is returned to us, we will verify that your return has been correctly activated through the portal, before the expiry of 14 working days from delivery and that the return is in conformity with the declaration. Following a positive outcome of these checks, we will refund you the amount according to the payment method used.

The refund of a return will take place only after all the verifications of the returned order have been made and have been successful.

These checks concern the return request period, which must be no longer than 14 working days from receipt of the package and the compliance of the order.

Following these checks, you will receive an e-mail confirming the acceptance of the return request.

Refunds will be made using the same payment method used for the initial transaction, unless otherwise expressly agreed with Coin.

If you have made the payment by "cash on delivery", the refund will be made by bank transfer to your current account that the Customer Service will ask you to indicate.

For orders paid with Giftcard Coin or mixed payment (Giftcard Coin + other payment method), the amount paid with Giftcard Coin will be returned via a voucher to be used for a subsequent purchase, as the Giftcard Coin does not entitle to refunds in money, as explained in the relevant General Conditions of Use.

The refund of orders paid by Giftcard Coin or Cash on Delivery will be managed by the Customer Service, even if the return is made at one of the authorized Coin, Coin Excelsior or Coincasa stores.

The refund of the Products returned at one of the authorized Coin, Coin Excelsior or Coincasa stores will take place in the same way as for the refund of the Products returned via the online form.

In no case is it possible to exchange - neither online nor in the store - the Products purchased online. If the customer wants to change the purchased product, he will have to proceed with the return and the refund request and then a new online order or a new purchase in the store.
