Punto vendita Coin che frequento da sempre ,praticamente dall'apertura del centro commerciale cinecitta 2 punto di riferimento per tutte le persone della zona e non solo. Spero vivamente che il centro commerciale non chiuda e che il punto vendita coin ci accompagni ancora per tanti anni nei nostri acquisti con i loro articoli di qualità.

Sono cliente di questo punto vendita dalla sua apertura, la selezione di quanto proposto e' eccezionale e di qualità. Dopo trenta e passa anni, oggi mi sono ritrovata davanti una commessa a dir poco sgarbata. Certo, una volta può capitare, ma l'esperienza è stata memorabile e ripetuta, oltretutto. Entro per andare alla Nespresso, e vedo una borsa che dovevo assolutamente avere. La prendo e mi rivolgo alla signora mora con i capelli corti ricci, salutandola e chiedendole se potessi lasciarla alla cassa, il tempo di entrare da Nespresso. La signora, senza neanche guardarmi e con tono sprezzante, mi dice che potevo portarmela appresso "mica esce dalla filiale#, senza pensare che potevo macchiarla con il caffè che mi e' stato offerto. Finita la commissione, vado per pagare nel reparto pelletteria, dove c'era una sola cassa aperta. Fila di quattro persone, arriva la ricciolina di prima e sempre con un tono perentorio senza guardare in faccia nessuno ci fa "davanti ci sono due casse vuote, andate li" Sconcertate per i modi rozzi di questa dipendente, io e un'altra signora siamo andate a cercare queste casse vuote, che erano pero vuote anche di personale. Alla fine, grazie alla gentilezza della signora del reparto profumeria, che ha lasciato il lavoro che stava facendo per servirci con il sorriso, siamo riuscite a pagare. Visto il trattamento ricevuto, la voglia di lasciare tutto e andarsene e' stata enorme, spero veramente che questa commessa venga istruita sugli approcci nei confronti dei clienti
